Susannah Baldwin, Ph.D.

I’m an executive and communication coach with a passion for supporting executives in sharpening how they show up, in what they say, and how they navigate high-stakes situations.

I began my career with a degree in clinical psychology, then transitioned into leadership development with Fortune 50 companies—guiding executives through complex transitions, strategy shifts, and team challenges. Over time, it became clear how important communication is to effective leadership. This insight led me to specialize in leadership communication.

Since then, my practice has focused on executive and communication coaching, particularly supporting women as they ascend into senior leadership roles. My book, Women, Language, and Power: Giving Voice to Our Ambition, distills many insights that shape my approach.

Through Susannah Baldwin & Associates, I lead a skilled team of coaches who deliver tailored leadership and communication training, unique to a client’s needs.

I bring extensive experience as a public speaker, moderator, and former radio show host. Outside of my professional life, I find inspiration and balance by exploring California's hiking trails, experimenting in the kitchen, and enjoying quality downtime with my family and our spirited Australian shepherd.
